Students at Community Care College authorize an initial award of aid. Students are notified of additional aid awarded or aid awarded for subsequent academic years. Students who wish to accept the award are not required to respond. However, if you would like to cancel all or a portion of the award, please return the award letter indicating the amount of funds you would like cancelled for each fund type offered. Students have 30 days from the date of the letter to request to cancel all or a portion of funds.
Depending on the timeliness of your response to reduce or cancel aid, funds may have already been requested. In which case, the financial aid office will refund any portion indicated to be reduced or canceled.
