Step One
Complete the Free
Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (click here)
Students requesting
federal financial aid will need to complete their FAFSA online. Financial Aid administrators
are available during normal business hours to answer questions or provide
assistance. If you have already completed the application, you will need to add
our school code (033674) in order for our school to receive your information.
Schools generally receive your updated application within 3 business days.
In order to complete
the application, you will need to gather last year’s tax documents. Students
and parents who do not currently have an active PIN (Personal Identification
Number) are able to apply for and sign their application simultaneously. If you
have a PIN but cannot remember it, you may go to the PIN site and request a
duplicate PIN. Click here to go to the PIN site (click here).
Please note: It
generally takes up to 3 business days for your PIN to become permanent.
Step Two
If you are
considering federal student loans to help pay for educational costs, you will
need to complete Loan Entrance Counseling.
You may complete Loan
Entrance Counseling for Stafford Loans at the Direct Loan Servicing website (click here). Be
sure to print a copy for your records when you have completed the session; it
is not necessary to send a printed copy to the school.
Step Three
If interested in
federal student loans, you will also need to complete a Master Promissory Note
(MPN). Click here to go to
the Direct Loan Master Promissory Note website.
In order to receive
federal student loans, you must complete a MPN. This is a contract you sign
whereby you are promising to repay your student loan debt. In addition, you
will be provided with your rights and responsibilities regarding student loans.
Please be prepared to provide two references with different addresses from each
other. Additionally, you must have an active PIN to sign the document.
Be sure to print a
copy for your records. It is not necessary to send a printed copy to the
school.
Step Four
Complete required
financial aid forms (click here)
At a minimum,
students must complete and return the forms listed below. Your financial aid
administrator may request additional forms from you at a later date in order to
award aid to you. Forms may be scanned and emailed, faxed, hand-delivered, or
mailed to the school.

Step Five
Accept your Award
Letter
Call today and
schedule an appointment to speak with an Admissions Associate. Your Admissions
Associate will notify the financial aid office as to what program you are
interested in and when you would like to begin classes. Upon doing so, a Financial
Aid Specialist will promptly contact you to discuss financial aid eligibility
and a financial plan. Upon completion, you will be provided an Award Letter.
