The Human Resources department oversees recruiting, interviewing and hiring at all three campuses, Community Care College, Clary Sage College and Oklahoma Technical College.  Human Resources is committed to insuring all employees are happy in their department and have the tools and training they need to excel in their position. Company Culture

At the college we strongly believe in giving back to the community. Our employees and students dedicate a lot of time to the needs of the Tulsa community. The College donates an average of $23,000 annually to charitable causes, including an ongoing partnership with local K-12 schools, “Cash for Class.” As part of this partnership, the College donates $1,000 each month to a K-12 classroom with demonstrated need for supplies, technology, or learning resources.  Here are just a few organizations that we partner with:

Prior to an applicant being employed with Community Care College, Clary Sage College, or Oklahoma Technical College, a criminal background check will be conducted by an outside vendor. The background check, also known as a consumer report, may include check of employment records, education verifications, license/certification verification, social security records, worker’s compensation claims, criminal records, civil records, credit reports, motor vehicle records, and sex and violent offender registries.
