The Associate of Occupational Science in Health Service Administration program provides instruction in basic health services administration competencies The objective of the Associate of Occupational Science in Health Service Administration program is to prepare students academically and professionally for entry-level employment positions as medical office managers, assistant managers to physician offices, supervisors in a variety of healthcare settings such as assisted living residences, nursing homes, hospitals, dental facilities, or occupational health practices, to name just a few. Students will become proficient in the use of computer software applications necessary to succeed in a management environment including electronic medical records.
